Had a festive xmas time at a B&B that offered homemade breakfast and warm hospitality. Conveniently located near attractions and easy highway access. Appealing room decorations and a cozy ambiance that added cheer to the season.
The bathroom had paint peeling and the curtains were not clean. the host emphasized fire safety procedures but failed to address technological hazards such as faulty electrical outlets.

We had the most amazing breakfast at Arbor View House. The variety of Veda's homemade Caribbean dishes was absolutely delicious. The flavors were out of this world! we highly recommend this fantastic bed and breakfast.

Fabulous breakfast, healthy and full meal with great coffee. Warm and engaging hosts offering recommendations. Beautifully furnished and decorated, comfortable room with private bathroom. Attentive hosts, fresh towels and water provided daily.

The hotel's location is perfect, nestled near everything Eastern Long Island has to offer. Being close to the vineyards of the North Shore, I had the chance to try some of the best local wines and enjoy scenic views. The cleanliness of this hotel is impressive, and the staff is simply amazing. They made sure that I had a comfortable stay and even offered suggestions on local restaurants and activities. The breakfast here is unlike any other hotel I've stayed in - healthy, delicious with a variety of fruits and vegetables, and great coffee to start the day right.

the area was just the right balance of remote and close to town. Plus, having access to lovely natural surroundings helped me to unwind. the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and included a private bathroom. the service from the hosts was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served at a relaxed pace and included a wide range of options to choose from. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the selection of delicious, home-cooked dishes that were offered.
this is likely due to my own sensitivity to noise and not something that would affect everyone.
